Fellow
You are in the final stages of your university studies and have previously gained first practical experience in consulting or an industrial environment. You are joining us for an internship and support our consulting teams to acquire first-hand impressions of management consulting in Asia.
Associate
You join us after graduation as a young professional. From the very beginning, you are tasked to support our consulting teams. You are responsible for preparing and analysing all data available.
Consultant
After your postgraduate studies or a number of years of practical experience in consulting, you are assuming responsibility for individual project modules and help developing solutions and concepts for our clients.
Senior Consultant
With years of extensive project and consulting experience, you are given the opportunity to specialise in your area of expertise. Depending on your capabilities, you are entrusted with increasing responsibility for entire sub-projects.
Principal
You are managing your own projects and have emerged as a true subject matter expert. You contribute to the development of the firm by mentoring younger consultants and support the acquisition of new client accounts.
Partner
You have the overall responsibility for projects and take control of client acquisition, personnel and network development. You work closely with the management team and the other Partners of the firm.
